The majority of our team’s identities and roles need to remain private, but Heart for Israel currently has 18 staff members throughout our 27 congregations in Israel, with the rest of our team located in our US office.
Guided by God’s Word, Heart for Israel draws on the wisdom of seasoned partners in the Lord to strengthen our shared vision, grow in our gifts, and bear lasting fruit.
We believe Scripture calls us to seek counsel from experienced, Spirit-led leaders and to root our mission in biblical authority. As one body, we guard ourselves and our team against the pitfalls of pride, greed, and moral compromise, values that sadly have led others astray.
Heart for Israel holds itself to the highest standards of integrity. As part of our accountability to the global council, we operate with full transparency, providing members with complete financial reporting in accordance with both state laws and Christian principles.
