Our ministry in Israel conducts quarterly conferences for our congregation’s pastors and leaders throughout the entire country. This gives our pastors and ministers the opportunity to be equipped for the work of ministry, receive practical and pastoral coaching from our team of experienced and gifted pastors, and be informed by international guest speakers who share their experience and knowledge with the attendees.
In addition, we regularly bring our pastors, leaders, and church members out of Israel to travel and participate in significant, well-known international Christian conferences. There they join thousands of participants and strive to achieve effective growth, development, and the adoption of high standards of organization.
